Domestic Assistance

Our domestic assistance services are designed to empower individuals with disabilities, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. We provide essential support in various household tasks, including cooking nutritious meals, cleaning and organizing living spaces, managing laundry, and even taking care of yard work. Our goal is to alleviate the everyday challenges that our clients face, enabling them to focus on what truly matters to them. By ensuring a clean, safe, and manageable home environment, we strive to enhance their overall well-being and promote a greater sense of autonomy in their daily lives.

Community Access

Supporting individuals with disabilities in gaining access to essential services, building social connections, and participating in leisure activities is of paramount importance. One vital component of this support system is transportation assistance, which plays a critical role in ensuring that individuals can attend necessary appointments, obtain groceries, and nurture relationships with family and friends. By facilitating reliable transportation options, we can promote greater independence and empower individuals to engage more fully with their communities. How it works

Beginning services with EFA Care is quick and effortless, guaranteeing prompt access to support. Enjoy a hassle-free setup today!

Simply fill out the form in our contact section, and someone will reach out to you to organise a meet and greet at a location suitable for you.

During this meet and greet, we will get to know and understand your care needs. We will the collaboratively work out a schedule of supports based on your needs, and what aligns with your NDIS Goals. Once completed we will input all the information into your care plan and onboard you schedule into our systems so your care can begin as soon as possible.  

Once the care plan is approved and the schedule of supports is made and service agreements signed, we can implement services at your discretion.

What sets us apart

If I'm going to be honest, probably not that much. There are a lot of great providers out there, (and some not so great). But one thing I can assure you is this, that we will always be there for you. Disability doesn't knock off at 5pm and neither do we. If you need us, we will come.
